Every platform we build is fully engineered, fabricated in our CWB certified shop in Etobicoke, and installed by our own crew. Our steel platform and catwalk work includes rooftop HVAC and mechanical equipment access platforms, elevated service catwalks and walkways, rooftop guardrail systems, access stairs and crossover platforms, pipe rack and equipment support structures, and custom steel platforms for any industrial application. Whether your project needs a simple access platform for a single rooftop unit or a full catwalk system connecting multiple pieces of mechanical equipment, we have the engineering capability and field experience to deliver.
Built to Last
All of our platforms and catwalks are fabricated from structural steel and hot-dip galvanized for long-term corrosion resistance in exposed rooftop and exterior environments. Decking is typically bar grating for drainage and reduced wind load, with options for solid plate or diamond plate where required. Guardrails, handrails and stairs are included to meet Ontario Building Code fall protection requirements. Every project ships with full CWB documentation, mill certificates and engineered drawings.
Our Process
Send us your mechanical drawings, roof plan, or even just photos and dimensions of the equipment that needs access. We coordinate the engineering for you, produce drawings for your approval, fabricate in our shop, and install on your schedule. We reply within 1 business day. Schedules are built around your project — typically about 4 weeks, confirmed with your quote.
