Every platform we build is fully engineered by a licensed Ontario P.Eng, fabricated in our CWB certified shop in Etobicoke, and installed by our own crew. Whether your project needs a simple access platform for a single rooftop unit or a full catwalk system connecting multiple pieces of mechanical equipment, we have the engineering capability and field experience to deliver.
Built to Last
All of our platforms and catwalks are fabricated from structural steel and hot-dip galvanized for long-term corrosion resistance in exposed rooftop and exterior environments. Decking is typically bar grating for drainage and reduced wind load, with options for solid plate or diamond plate where required. Guardrails, handrails and stairs are included to meet Ontario Building Code fall protection requirements. Every project ships with full CWB documentation, mill certificates and engineer-stamped drawings.
Our Process
Send us your mechanical drawings, roof plan, or even just photos and dimensions of the equipment that needs access. We’ll work with your engineer or provide our own to design the platform, produce stamped drawings, fabricate in our shop, and install on your schedule. Most platform and catwalk projects are complete within 4 to 6 weeks from approval.
